Rosé Wine 2025

Our 2025 Rosé, made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec, is a fresh, aromatic, and elegant expression of the Derramadero Valley. Unoaked, it retains all the purity of the fruit and a vibrant acidity that makes it extremely refreshing.

The nose is intense and expressive, with notes of red flowers, stone fruit, and tropical nuances, accompanied by a distinct citrus profile reminiscent of grapefruit and orange peel. In the background, subtle notes of wax and honey add complexity.

On the palate, it has a soft and slightly sweet entry, balanced by a medium-high acidity that provides freshness. Its finish is firm and persistent, with very subtle tannins that make it round and easy to enjoy.

An ideal wine for sharing, perfect for both daytime and outdoor evenings.
