Our 2024 Verdejo is a fresh and authentic expression from the Derramadero Valley, in Saltillo, Coahuila. Made with carefully selected grapes and aged on its lees in acacia barrels for 4 months, this wine achieves a perfect balance between freshness, structure, and complexity.

The nose reveals aromas of tree fruits such as green apple and pear, accompanied by citrus notes, white flowers, and a delicate hint of anise. Its aging contributes elegant pastry nuances and a subtle toasted touch.

On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with a vibrant acidity that gives it freshness and a slightly bitter finish characteristic of Verdejo, which provides personality and persistence.
