Our Verdejo 2024 is a fresh and authentic expression from the Derramadero Valley, in Saltillo, Coahuila. Made with carefully selected grapes and aged on lees in acacia barrels for 4 months, this wine achieves a perfect balance of freshness, structure, and complexity.

The nose reveals aromas of tree fruits such as green apple and pear, accompanied by citrus notes, white flowers, and a delicate hint of anise. Its aging contributes elegant pastry nuances and a subtle toasted touch.

On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with a vibrant acidity that provides freshness and a characteristic slightly bitter finish of Verdejo, which adds personality and persistence.
