This experience takes you beyond wine: after touring the winery and vineyards, enjoy the authentic flavor of the north at the old hacienda of San Juan de la Vaquería, a place where time stood still and every wall holds stories that still linger.

Includes:

• Guided tour of the winery and vineyard. Explanation of the history and philosophy of the wine project.

• Meal and tasting of 3 wine labels at the old hacienda San Juan de la Vaquería:

• Verdejo white wine

• Cabernet Sauvignon–Malbec rosé wine

• House wine: Cabernet Sauvignon–Merlot red wine

• During the meal, it includes: soda, natural water, mineral water, and coffee

MENU: 

Appetizer

• Lettuce and baby spinach salad with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan shavings.

Main course

• Traditional Coahuila stews

• Rice, pot beans, handmade tortillas

Dessert:

• Boards of regional sweets and traditional nut empanadas from La Vaquería at the center of the table

Cost per person:

• Adults: $1,350

• Teenagers (12-17 years): $700

• Children (6-11 years): $400

• Book at least 5 days in advance

• Minimum 8 people

• Family atmosphere: suitable for children

• Pet-friendly: pets welcome in outdoor areas and on a leash

• We recommend wearing a hat and comfortable shoes
