Intense flavors of northeastern Mexico in this experience that takes you beyond wine: after touring the winery and vineyards, enjoy roasted cabrito, grilled arrachera, and traditional Saltillo enchiladas at the old hacienda of San Juan de la Vaquería, a place where time stood still and every wall holds stories that can still be felt.

• Guided tour of the winery and vineyard. Explanation of the history and philosophy of the winemaking project.

• Lunch and tasting of 3 wine labels at the old hacienda San Juan de la Vaquería:

• Verdejo white wine

• Cabernet Sauvignon–Malbec rosé wine

• House wine: Cabernet Sauvignon–Merlot red wine

• During lunch, it includes: soft drink, natural water, sparkling water, and coffee

• Tables of regional sweets and traditional nut empanadas from La Vaquería in the center of the table
