This experience takes you beyond wine: after touring the winery and vineyards, visit the old San Juan de la Vaquería hacienda, where time stood still and every wall holds stories that can still be felt.

Includes:

• Guided tour of the winery and vineyard. Explanation of the history and philosophy of the winemaking project.

• Lunch and tasting of 3 wine labels at the old San Juan de la Vaquería hacienda:

• Verdejo white wine

• Cabernet Sauvignon–Malbec rosé wine

• The house wine: Cabernet Sauvignon–Merlot red wine

• During lunch, it includes: soft drink, natural water, sparkling water, and coffee

Appetizer

• Charcuterie boards in the center.

• Baby lettuce and spinach salad with cherry tomatoes and parmesan shavings.

Main course

• Valencian-style paella with saffron rice, giant shrimp, clams, mussels, pork, chicken, and Spanish chorizo.

Dessert:

• Boards of regional sweets and traditional Vaquería pecan empanadas in the center of the table.
